you know what else happened last night?!?
the knicks happened. in south beach. beating the heat 91-86 in stunningly beautiful and often, breathtaking fashion.
the heat lead 51-36 in the second quarter when all of the sudden, the knicks, ahem, turned up the heat in a monumental charged that ended with a magnificent 3-pointer at the buzzer from bill walkerrr giving the knicks a 1-pt lead heading into halftime at 53-52.
spike lee was freaking out.
I WAS FREAKING OUT.
we should be best friends.
of course, there was some mighty showboating going on and i loved every second.
((i prayed that chris bosh would self-destruct and dissipate on the court, but no such luck. i hate that fool, especially after this pathetic performance. you can go shave your back now.))
the melo to amar’e dunk was so badfuckingass amazinggg. GUSH
this game was the third most watched regular season nba game ever; it was the number one most watched in ny. i had many happies that the heat suffered such a humiliating and hopefully, humbling loss at the hands of the knicks. the knicks fans in miami were awesome. i wish i could’ve been there.
((also, don’t get me wrong. i still love dwayne and lebron, i’m not saying i don’t. OH AND MARIO CHALMERS, TOO. i’m just saying, they’re obviously not unbeatable just bc they are a supposed superstar team. play on, play on.))
nba is blowing my mind right now. so many excites and it’s barely march.
such stuff as dreams are made on

  4. fuckyeahkingjames said: Miami has to learn is that they can’t cruise to victories. No one is gonna back down from them, as proved last night. They jump to double digit leads faster than most teams but can’t hold onto the lead for a full 48. They better get it right quickly.
